Growing up we were fortunate to experience what truly organic foods were all about. Our family vegetable garden in County Mayo, Ireland provided year-round food for the table and taught us not only the importance of eating well but what good food really tasted like. The bounty of the land and the sea were right on our doorstep. The mere idea of eating fish that had not been caught that morning or vegetables that were not freshly picked was completely foreign to us. It is that lesson that we bring to our guests. Dublin 4 Gastropub opened its doors on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th, 2012 offering a new food concept within a Dublin 4 pub! Its focus is on curating chef-driven flavorful dishes featuring the best of farm-to-table foods where freshness is the real hero. David Shofner, our Executive Chef and his culinary team have adapted the classical French cuisine style executed simultaneously next door at Wineworks For Everyone to suit the more relaxed and edgy environment in Dublin 4 Gastropub.  Dublin 4 Gastropub is a unique and memorable drinking and dining experience. Open seven days and nights a week, it offers its guests a continuous rotation of local draught beers, a multitude of bottles of craft beers as well as an extensive selection of the finest cocktails, whiskeys, spirits, liqueurs and wines whilst not forgetting our authentic and signature Irish coffee.
